1.20 years of production experiences 2.Lower price and Quality assurance 3.RMXNZH KW Series Oil Separator Short conclusion The oil separator is capable of separating oil from the refrigerating gas mixtureso as to improve the performance of refrigerating air conditioning systen and save eneragy.The mixture of the refrigerant and oil of the compressor enter the inlet of the oil separator ,and flow through a filter and a baffle unit to make oil particles aggregate and drop to the bottom of the oil separator.The oil refriegerant gas goes through the outlet,and after the separaters the remaining oil particles,the gas enters the condenser under oil-less state,.The oil of the refrigerant aggregate at the bottom of the oil separator ,and a needle valve operated by a floating ball is opened to let the oil return to the compressor.Since the pressure of the oil is higher than the pressure of the crankcase,the oil can quickly return to the compressor .When the oil level drops,the needle valve is closed to prevent the refrigerant gas from returing to the compressor.
